great amenities but some staff could improve
The breakfast is diverse and delicious! It offers so many options, catering to various tastes. The 1 Bedroom Apartment I stayed in had a fine city view that added charm to my mornings. The staff at the reception were professional and attentive.

Lovely, appealing hotel, there's very clean pool and location is comfortable in a more commercial area. The staff are very very helpful, managed the parking on site. The rooms are good-sized with king bed, everything is perfect.

Great coffee shop, but luggage storage was limited and felt cramped.

Very friendly staff, great breakfasts, very comfortable and spacious apartments, clean. There was easy and free internet access which was great.
The rooftop swimming pool was far too cold to dip into which was a real shame. Hotel is located slightly away from both v&a waterfront and Long St which meant a short taxi ride at night. Felt safe during the day to wander around though.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Good mattress and comfortable pillows. I like the fact that the floors have no carpets for cleanliness and hygiene. It's perfect and very comfortable to stay with children. Great Hotel!!
The frontline staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull but the staff in the restaurant area is absolutely shocking!!!! No people skills, not friendly and not helpfull.

The apartment was spacious and perfectly equipped for our group vacation. We loved visiting Green Point Park and The Two Oceans Aquarium, both close by. Staff was friendly, and breakfasts were excellent. Strong WiFi was a big plus for planning our activities.
The parking was tricky to navigate, making it a bit stressful when arriving.

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help. The apartment- style rooms are absolutely superb and have everything you'd expect and more - washing machine, dishwasher etc. Breakfast - wow. Fill up for the day on cereals, yoghurt, berries, full cooked breakfast, pancakes, waffles, fruit, breads, cheese, crackers, meats and more! Nice rooftop pool which wasn't busy when we were there. Good location for v&a Waterfront and city centre.

Good location to citcc, Long Street and v&A. Good facilities - nice swimming pool on the roof with city view. The room was well equipped with everything you need.
The 100mb wireless login details was annoying as it ran out quickly, or you would have to login every time you took a break from the computer

The location, proximity to CTICC, was a big plus.
The check-in time of 2 pm and that too was delayed to 2:30 pm.
